Hotel Policy

1. House Rules

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Failure to follow these times will incur a corresponding fee.
• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of ₱10,000 will be charged to anyone who violates this policy.
• The hotel provides only one (1) keycard per room. A lost keycard will be charged ₱300.
• H Hospitality Group Corporation shall not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items or valuables left unattended within the hotel premises.
• Any loss, damage or breakage of property will be charged to the guest's account and collected upon check-out. Damage, including but not limited to stains in the room, will result in applicable incidental fees.
• Hotel room amenities such as towels, pillows, linens and lights must not be removed.
• As a safety precaution, please refrain from bringing flammable, toxic or odorous items into the room.
• Firearms are not allowed within the premises and must be surrendered to in-house security upon arrival.
• Gambling, drugs, and any illegal paraphernalia or activities are not allowed within the hotel premises.
• Bath towels provided in the room must not be taken outside the property.
• Strong-smelling food of any kind is not allowed inside the room.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed inside the room.
• All refunds take up to 90 days to process and are subject to approval.
• Visiting hours end at 9:00 PM. Corresponding charges will apply beyond this time.

2. Cancellation & Rebooking

• Any cancellation or rebooking request received within 31 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
• Any cancellation or rebooking request received on the check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked.
• Rebooking must be made within one year from the date of cancellation, subject to room availability and the prevailing rate.

Privacy Policy

Welcome to the official website (the "Website") of Villa V El Nido (the "Hotel", "we" or "us"). We understand the importance of your personal data and strictly comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, the "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.

1. Personal Data We Collect and Why

When you browse the Website, book online, submit a contact form or take part in marketing activities, we collect the following information as required for our services:

• Personal identification information: name, phone number, email address, nationality, residential address and social messaging accounts.
• Guest registration and compliance data: room type booked, arrival and departure dates, list of accompanying guests, passport details (foreign guests are required by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and Department of Tourism (DOT) to present their passport and visa or entry stamp page at check-in), or Philippine government-issued ID (PhilID, driver's licence, etc.).
• Payment information: cardholder name, last four digits of the card number, expiry date and billing address. All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party payment gateways; the Hotel's servers never record or store your full card number or CVV code.
• Technical and connection data: IP address, approximate location, browser type, time of visit and cookie tracking data.

2. How We Use Your Data and How Long We Keep It

We process your personal data in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, specific purpose and proportionality.

Purposes of Use

• To process and confirm your booking, and to send booking confirmations and pre-arrival information.
• To comply with guest registration reporting required by the Department of Tourism (DOT), Local Government Units (LGU) and law enforcement agencies.
• To provide customer service, review refunds, contact you in an emergency and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• To send you the Hotel's latest room offers and promotions (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time).

Retention Period

In line with the guidelines of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) rules on accounting records, we keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law. After that, it is securely destroyed or anonymised.

3. Third Parties and Cross-Border Transfers

We never sell or rent your personal data, except where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority. Your data is shared only as necessary to deliver our services, with:

• Our online booking engine and financial or payment institutions.
• Cloud service providers that help us send email and process website contact forms.
• Website traffic and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).

Where the use of cloud services involves transferring data outside the Philippines, we ensure the recipient maintains data protection standards equivalent to those required by the DPA.
